eFashion’s IT and Customer service operation teams are headed by former leaders at eBay China and PayPal China.  Our solid understanding of e-commerce technology allows us to construct best-in-class web stores for our clients that provide not only a great front-end customer experience, but also a thoughtfully constructed back-end operating platform.  We have a lot of experience building high quality customer service teams, which allows us to provide a unique customer service offering that understands both fashion and the importance of your brand.

The rest of our leadership come to us from the marketing or e-commerce divisions of well-known, Fortune 500 brands such as Gap, Estee Lauder, Sony and Nike.  They have hands-on experience marketing brands online in China and value the importance of customer acquisition and retention.  This respect for branding permeates the way we do business and how we work with our clients.
